TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • You can book accommodation during your conference registration.
  • If you would like to hold a room before registering or require multiple rooms for your organisation, please contact sarah@conference.nz
  • Rates are per room, per night and include 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax).
  • Accommodation cancellations made within 30 days of the NZSG & NZgNC Annual Scientific Meeting 2025 may be subject to a cancellation fee based on individual hotel policies.
  • A credit card is required at the time of booking as a guarantee only. Your card will not be charged.
  • All accommodation charges must be settled directly with the hotel prior to departure. No invoice will be issued.
  • In the event of non-arrival or late cancellation, the hotel will be given access to your credit card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.
  • If you wish to charge back your accommodation this can be arranged at check-out if your organisation has made a direct arrangement with the hotel. Please notify sarah@conference.nz if this applies to you.
  • If the online booking system indicates it is full for your preferred hotel or dates, email sarah@conference.nz with your request. It is possible the hotel isn't actually full, your dates may just fall outside the block held by the organisers.
